BREAKFAST CLUB

Mornings look a little different at our school.

Each day begins with a warm welcome, a hearty breakfast, and a cup of milo shared in our communal staff room.

We believe a good start sets the tone for a great day, and that means more than just food. It’s about connection, comfort, and community. By sharing breakfast together, students and staff build strong relationships in a relaxed, welcoming space - setting everyone up for success.

BREAKFAST CLUB
SHOWCASE

At Tanjil South Primary School, we’re always looking for hands-on ways to encourage creativity, sustainability, and teamwork - and this year’s Melbourne International Scarecrow Competition was the perfect opportunity.

Our students worked together to design and build a scarecrow using only recycled materials, proudly entering our creation, affectionately named Breakenstine, into the statewide competition. While we didn’t take home the win, we were incredibly proud of the effort, imagination, and collaboration shown by our small but mighty group of nine students.

Breakenstine now has a special place in our veggie garden, keeping watch over the crops and serving as a fun reminder of what we can achieve together.
